Bellows-Sealed Metering Valves

Introduction

Hikelok BSM series bellows-sealed valves are mainly used in applications that require strict sealing and precise flow regulation.Working pressure is up to 700 psig (48.2 bar),working temperature is from -20℉ to 900 (-28℃ to 482 ). Equipped with a micrometer style handle, it can accurately and repeatedly set the flow rate

Features

■ Maximum working pressure up to 700 psig (48.2 bar)
■ Working temperature from -20℉ to 900 (-28℃ to 482 )
■ Flow coefficients: 0.019 and 0.30
■ Vernier handle measure stem position in 0.001 in. (0.025 mm) increments
■ Panel and bottom mounting
■ 316 stainless steel materials
■ CV value- stem tip: metering 0.019; Regulating 0.3

Advantages

■ Zero Leakage: The bellows design completely isolates the valve stem from the fluid, eliminating potential leaks common in traditional packed valves. This makes it ideal for toxic, flammable, or high-purity media (e.g., hydrogen, helium, semiconductor gases)
■ High-Precision Control: Excellent fine-tuning capability, suitable for low-flow metering (e.g., laboratories, analytical instruments)
■ Corrosion Resistance: Materials such as stainless steel and Hastelloy can be selected to handle corrosive media
■ Long Service Life: The bellows reduces friction and wear, offering greater durability than packed valves
■ Cleanability: A dead-leg-free design complies with sanitary standards for pharmaceutical
■ 100% factory tested

More Options

■ Optional Body-to Bellows Seal: gasket, welded
■ Optional stem tip type: metering ,regulator
