Introduction
Hikelok PR6 series regulator is a NPT type single-stage high flow pressure regulator suitable for pipeline applications using high flow water,chemicals,liquids and gases.Inlet pressure is up to 6000 psig (413 bar),working temperature is from -40℉ to 500℉ (-40℃ to 260℃). It has a high flow capacity with Cv 3.5

■ Outlet pressure range: 0-150 psig (0-10.3 bar), 0-360 psig (0-24.8 bar), 0-700 psig (0-48.2 bar), 0-1000 psig (0-68.9 bar), 0-2200 psig (0-151 bar), 0-3600 psig (0-248 bar), 0-5000 psig (0-344 bar)
■ Design proof pressure: 150% maximum rated
■ Optional material: 316 S.S.,316L S.S..
■ Operating Temperature: PCTFE: -40℉(-40℃) to 176℉(80℃); PEEK: -40℉(-40℃) to 392℉(200℃); Pl: -40℉(-40℃) to 500℉(260℃)
■ Flow Capacity: Cv=3.5
■ Every valve is tested with helium for 10s to a maximum leak rate of 4 ×10-9 std cm³/s
