In order to enrich the staff's spiritual and cultural life, enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the staff, the company organized an expansion activity with the theme of "passion melting the team, the team casting dream" On 9th of Oct., 2020. All 150 employees of the company participated in the activity.
The location is in the activity base of Qicun, which has folk characteristics. The employees start from the company and arrive at the destination orderly. Under the leadership of professional development coaches, they have a competition of wisdom and strength. This activity mainly focuses on "military training, ice breaking warm-up, life lift, challenge 150, graduation wall". The employees are divided into six groups.
After the basic military posture training and warm-up, we ushered in the first "difficulty" - life lift. Each group member should lift the group leader to the air with one hand and hold on for 40 minutes. It's a challenge for endurance and toughness. 40 minutes should be very fast, but 40 minutes is very long here. Although the members were sweating and their hands and feet were sore, none of them chose to give up. They united and persisted to the end.
The second activity is the most challenging project for group cooperation. The coach gives several required projects, and six teams fight each other. The team leader will win if he has completed the project for the least time. On the contrary, the team leader will bear the punishment after each test. At the beginning, members of each group were in a hurry and shirked their responsibilities when problems occurred. However, in the face of cruel punishment, they began to brainstorm and face difficulties bravely. Finally, they broke the record and completed the challenge ahead of time.
The last activity is the most "soul stirring" project. All personnel have to cross a 4.2-meter high wall within the specified time without any auxiliary tools. This seems to be an impossible task. With the concerted efforts, finally all members took 18 minutes and 39 seconds to complete the challenge, which makes us feel the strength of the team. As long as we unite as one, there will be no unfinished challenge.
The expansion activities not only let us gain confidence, courage and friendship, but also let us understand the responsibility and gratitude, and enhance the cohesion of the team. Finally, we all expressed that we should integrate this enthusiasm and spirit into our future life and work, and contribute to the future development of the company.
